Kyiv, May 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Changing the state budget of 2008 would increase the country's inflation, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers in Kyiv on Wednesday.
"I have met with the representatives of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All their specialists consider that making changes to the state budget would give more impetus to inflation increases," she said.
Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko has several times demanded that urgent changes be made to the state budget.
