Press conference on results of "AIDS in Ukraine" Internet forum postponed

The press conference on the results of the AIDS in Ukraine Internet forum timed to coincide with the World Day on fighting HIV/AIDS on December 1, which was to take place at Interfax-Ukraine at 1400 on November 30, has been postponed. A new time for the press conference will be announced later.
Press conference by Kyiv Council deputy Bondarenko on housing and utilities reform

At 11:00 am on Thursday, November 16, the Interfax-Ukraine press service will host a press conference by Kyiv Council Deputy Volodymyr Bondarenko (from the Klitschko faction) on reform in the housing and utilities sector as an alternative to increasing housing and utilities rates. The deputy will report on the real costs of housing and utilities services, giving a breakdown of the components of the rates (8/5A Reitarska Street). Internet conference entitled Leasing Industry: Results of Work in 9 Months of 2006

The Ukrainian Association of Lessors, with the support of Interfax-Ukraine News Agency, the VlasnaSprava.info portal for entrepreneurs, and the IFC's Leasing Development in Ukraine project (www.leasing.org.ua), will hold an Internet conference entitled the Leasing Industry: Results of Work in 9 Months of 2006. Participating are: Roman Ivanenko – Chairman of the Council of the Ukrainian Association of Lessors and Director General of Euro Leasing Ltd; Dmytro Sviatash – Member of Parliament and Honorary President of the AIS Corporation; Andriy Zhylynsky – Executive Director of the Ukrainian Association of Lessors; Vadym Nesterchuk – member of the Ukrainian Association of Lessors and head of the Optima Leasing/SIXT leasing company. Starting from September 1, 2006, the subject of the conference, together with the list of participants, will be released in the media, which will give those interested in the subject from various regions the opportunity to ask their questions.
