Kyiv, May 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) - According to a poll conducted by FOM-Ukraine April 16 through April 25, more than half of Ukrainian citizens disapprove of the work of President Viktor Yuschenko.
Of those polled, 51.4% said they assessed the work of the president as bad or very bad. Meantime, 14% said they assessed the work as good and 27.7% assessed the work of the president as satisfactory, according to the results of the poll presented at Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday.
According to the poll, if presidential elections were held late in April, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko would gain 23.7% of the vote (26.8% in March), Regions Party Leader Viktor Yanukovych would gain 21.2% (19.3% in March), and President Yuschenko would gain 8% (9% in March).

Kyiv, May 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Almost half of Ukrainians (49.9%) do not approve of the actions of Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, a public opinion poll conducted by the Public Opinion Foundation-Ukraine found.
An estimated 39.4% of respondents said they approve of Tymoshenko's actions.
An estimated 42.6% of respondents said they rate Tymoshenko's performance negatively, while 29.4% said they rate it positively. In March, the figures were 37.3% and 33.2%, respectively.
The poll was conducted in 160 populated areas of Ukraine on April 16-25. It surveyed 2,000 respondents and has a margin of error of 2.2%. The poll results were made available to Interfax on Tuesday.
Two thirds of Ukrainians see president and premier in conflict, poll shows
Kyiv, May 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) - According to a poll conducted by FOM-Ukraine on April 16-25, 2008, two thirds of Ukrainian citizens see the relations between President Viktor Yuschenko and Premier Yulia Tymoshenko as a conflict.
A total of 2,000 respondents from 160 cities and towns participated in the interview. The poll's margin of error is 2.2%. The results of the survey were presented during a press conference at the Interfax-Ukraine news agency.
The relations between the head of state and the head of government were difficult and in conflict in the eyes of 66.8% of those polled in April this year, whereas their number was 61.3% in March.
The relations between the president and the premier were seen as tempered and friendly by 16.4% of respondents.
