Kyiv, June 18 (Interfax-Ukraine) - More than half of Ukrainians say the socio-economic situation in the country has worsened since the election of Yulia Tymoshenko as premier, Head of Research & Branding Group company Evheniy Kopatko said at a press conference at the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
He was presenting results of the social poll conducted from June 7 to June 13. A total of 2,200 people were questioned, and the margin of error is 2.2%.
According to the poll, 55% of respondents believe the socio-economic situation in the country after the election of Yulia Tymoshenko as premier post has worsened, while 27% of questioned think that the situation hasn't changed, and a mere 10% said it has improved.
A total of 55% of those polled said the work of the government of Yulia Tymoshenko was negative, 18% - neutral, and 24% - positive.
