DCH Real Estate, part of DCH holding, which was founded to manage the assets of Ukrainian businessman and the co-owner of UkrSibbank Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, has signed a memorandum with IMTC-MEI (the United States) on cooperation in the development of the hotel industry in Kharkiv, according to a press release of DCH.
The document was signed on March 18 by DCH Real Estate Director Nadezhda Lysenko and IMTC-MEI Regional Representative Manager Sean Regan.
According to the statement, IMTC-MEI, while signing the memorandum, acted on behalf of Wyndham Hotel Group International, which manages 3,700 hotels in 30 countries.
"The Kharkiv market is potentially interesting to one of the world largest operators in the hotel industry. IMTC-MEI sees the possibility for correctly structuring the hotel project, and the readiness of international financial organizations to participate in it," the press service said, citing Regan.
Lysenko, in turn, said DCH is ready to participate as an investor in the corresponding hotel projects, but "the necessary conditions for this are cooperation with professional operators of the hotel business and the readiness of international financial institutions to finance such projects."
DCH RE is a development company, and a part of the DCH group.
IMTC-MEI is an international company performing construction management, project management and finance attraction.
