Gerc Group to build hotel and office complex jointly with Wyndham Hotel Group International

Donetsk-based investment and construction group of companies Gerc jointly with IMTC-MEI (the United States), which represents the interests of the Wyndham Hotel Group International, are to build a hotel and office complex in Donetsk.

According to a company press release issued on Tuesday, a memo on cooperation has been signed between Gerc and IMTC-MEI.

"The document foresees joint participation in the development of the Donetsk hotel infrastructure, in particular, the building of a business class 200-bed hotel in the near future, taking into account international standards," reads the release.

Gerc, which ordered the realization of the project, told Interfax-Ukraine that this concerns a group's portfolio project at 15a Illicha Avenue, which should be commissioned by 2012.
