The government of Ukraine has agreed with Kremenchuk oil refinery (Poltava region) to supply diesel fuel to farmers at a price of UAH 4,200 per tonne, Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko said at a meeting of the cabinet in Kyiv on Wednesday.
"We have agreed with Kremenchuk oil refinery that it will prolong contracts with the Agrarian Fund to supply diesel fuel to farmers at a price of UAH 4,200 per tonne until the autumn," Tymoshenko said.
Tymoshenko said the government is intending to strictly monitor these supplies.
