Shareholders in OJSC Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih in Dnipropetrovsk region have delegated the right to decide on the company's participation in activities of a limited liability mining company to the company's CEO, Jean Jouet.
According to a company press release, the decision was made at a meeting of shareholders held on December 4.
The shareholders also decided that OJSC Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih would take part in the economic amalgamation of companies for more efficient work in the economic and investment project sphere.
The company's press service said that the names of companies were not disclosed at the meeting, and the decision had been made so that the director general can quickly make decisions in future.
The shareholders also amended the company's regulations and made changes to the company's supervisory council.
In addition, the shareholders expanded the supervisory council to six members, introducing Oleh Rybachuk, former head of the presidential secretariat, to the council.
