The European Bank for the Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will issue a $50 million credit to Kyiv-based Ukreximbank as a part of the Energy Efficiency Program for Banks in Ukraine (UKEEP).
The EBRD representative office in Kyiv told Interfax-Ukraine that the bank's board of directors approved the decision on Tuesday.
The EBRD representative office said that relevant credit agreements will be signed soon.
The bank said that in 2007 Ukreximbank received a $50 million credit as a part of the program, which total value first was EUR 100 million, and now it was expanded.
