"According to the results of our regular consultations with Tatneft's representatives and their proposals, the aforementioned instructions have been given," he said.
He added that Naftogaz Ukrainy sent representatives to take part in a meeting of Ukrtatnafta's shareholders held on February 5, 2010. Didenko said that he did not read a report on the work done by the holding's representatives that have powers to take part in the Ukrtatnafta's meetings.
The press center of Naftogaz Ukrainy said that the meeting scheduled for February 5 failed to take place, and another two shareholders' meetings are scheduled for the near term.
As reported, the shareholders are intending to approve agreements on securities sale and purchase, the distribution of profit and to approve terms for paying dividends for 2006-2008.
According to the meeting agenda, it is also planned to consider the issue of changing the members of the supervisory council, the revision commission and the board.
