Cabinet proposes to allow credit history bureau access to data from state register of taxpayers

The Ukrainian cabinet has proposed to permit the State Tax Administration of Ukraine to give information from the state register of individual taxpayers regarding the authenticity of taxpayers' IDs and obligatory payments at the request of the credit history bureau.

Draft law No. 6148 on this topic was recently registered in the parliament.

"The STAU is to check the authenticity of taxpayers' IDs and [information on] other mandatory payments and give responses to inquiries," the document says.
