MPs have proposed that the possibility of introducing state temporary administrations at problem agricultural engineering enterprises be foreseen if there is a threat of a halt in production because of the worsening economy or the non-fulfillment of social obligations.
A corresponding proposal has been included in draft law No. 6154. The proposal was submitted by MPs Yuriy Odarchenko, Volodymyr Skubenko and Yevhen Shaho (all from the BYT faction) and registered at the Verkhovna Rada on March 5.
According to an explanatory note to the document, the introduction of temporary administration (similar to the procedure of temporary administration introduction according to the law on banks and banking activity) foresees the setting up of a temporary special legal regime of state supervision and management, including a possibility for setting definite restrictions on an enterprise's business activity.
