New head of National Space Agency of Ukraine appointed

Yuriy Alekseyev replaced Oleksandr Zinchenko on the post of director general of the National Space Agency of Ukraine from March 15, according to a posting on the official Web site of the agency.

Zinchenko resigned from the said post on March 13, 2010.

Zinchenko's press service told Interfax-Ukraine that he resigned the office due to a desire to terminate his employment.
