Cyprus-based Lemnian Technologies Limited again has withdrawn from shareholders of Kyiv-based OJSC the Ukrainian Mining Metallurgical Company Ltd. (UGMK), one of the largest metal traders in Ukraine, selling 3.084 million of ordinary nominal shares, which is 13.999% of the company's statutory fund.
According to a UGMK's report in the information dispensing system of the State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market, on March 12, 2010 the OJSC received a report on the changes in shareholders' structure. Shareholders of 10% and more of voting shares of the issuer have been changed.
The share of Lemnian Technologies Limited fell to a zero.
