CJSC System Capital Management (SCM, Donetsk), the largest financial and industrial holding of Ukraine, has completed the next stage of the group's business restructuring, according to a company press release.
As part of the restructuring, the holding passed its shares in mining and smelting enterprises to its 100% subsidiary Vitalvision (Cyprus).
According to the company press release, in particular, SCM passed a 36.51% stake in OJSC SevGOK (ore-dressing and processing enterprise) and a 23.52% stake in OJSC Central GOK
"The transaction was performed as part of the restructuring of SCM's business, the final stage of which will be a transfer of these corporate rights to Metinvest Group, which carries out the strategic management of SCM's mining and smelting business," the press release reads.
