Hera Group (Spain) in autumn 2010 is to start realizing a project to recycle solid waste in Crimea, the head of the National Agency for Ecological Investment, Serhiy Orlenko, said in Kyiv on Friday.
He said that the waste recycling plant would be built using a so-called "green" investment.
"We hope that the first stage of the project will start being realized in autumn 2010," he said.
Orlenko said that the project is being realized under a memorandum signed by the National Agency for Ecological Investment, the Crimean government and the Environment Protection Ministry of Spain.
