The Agriculture Ministry of Ukraine is considering opening a permanent agricultural fair in Kyiv, according to Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk.
"We need to work on opening a permanent fair in Kyiv as soon as possible," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Tuesday.
According to him, besides the possibility of satisfying needs of the population, this will also allow agricultural producers and city residents to foster direct contacts, which will prevent unnecessary speculation over the price of agricultural products.
