Naftogaz to raise $400 m credit line from VTB Capital

National JSC Naftogaz Ukrainy is in talks with VTB Capital plc (London), a subsidiary of Russia's VTB, on raising a $400 million credit line, reads a report posted on the official State Procurement Web Site.
