Co-owners of Diamond Hill residential complex in Kyiv to lease all premises

K.A.N. Development Ltd. (Kyiv), which is the developer of the Diamond Hill premium class residential complex at 11B, Lavrska Street in Kyiv (former Mazepy Street), has changed the concept of the project, the company's president, Ihor Nikonov, has reported.

The company plans not to sell but lease all of the premises in the complex.

"We plan to lease premises in the complex," he said.

The construction of the Diamond Hill complex with a total area of 49,500 square meters was started in February 2008. The complex is to be finished in December 2011. The complex will include 131 apartments, a fitness center with a swimming pool, and an underground parking lot for 299 cars. The complex will also have a children's play area.

K.A.N. Development Ltd. was founded in 2001. In 2001-2007 the company designed and constructed the A class Dominant office center, the Arena Entertainment center, the Arena City trading center and several parking lots in Kyiv.
