Zmiyivsky dairy factory to conduct private placement of 10-15% shares on WSE's NewConnect by February 2011

Zmiyivsky dairy factory (Kharkiv region, S-TRANS Ltd., the owner of the Khutorok, Molochna Ferman and Sieshka trademarks) plans to privately pace from 10% to 15% of its shares on the NewConnect Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) in December 2010 or January 2011.

"[The company] could place from 10% of 15% of its shares. The deal could be finalized in December 2010 or January 2011," Yuriy Kostohlodov, the board chairman of Avantazh Capital investment group (Kharkiv) told Interfax-Ukraine.

Avantazh Capital will be lead manager of the placement.

Kostohlodov said that taking into consideration the capitalization of the company, which would be no more than EUR 10 million at the moment of the deal's signing, the company would raise EUR 6-8 million.
