Ukrainian Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko has asked the Verkhovna Rada to consider the issue of his resignation.
Parliamentary Chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn read a written statement by Lutsenko at a conciliatory council meeting on Tuesday.
According to the speaker, Lutsenko is asking the Verkhovna Rada to decide on his resignation in his absence.
