Court to decide on presidential election date on May 13

The Constitutional Court will on Wednesday, May 13 announce a ruling on a constitutional submission from President Viktor Yuschenko regarding the legality of the Ukrainian parliament's resolution calling presidential elections October 25, 2009, and Part 1, Article 17 of the Ukrainian law on the election of the Ukrainian president.
The court took a decision to that effect on Tuesday, its press service reported.
