Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko will appeal against a government resolution on handling accounts with OAO Gazprom for gas supplied in 2009 with advance payments for gas transit on the territory of Ukraine, if it is published.
Roman Zhukovsky, the representative of the presidential secretariat, said this at a briefing on Thursday.
"If the resolution is approved, the Ukrainian president will suspend it and appeal to the Constitutional Court," he said.
