President of the Ukrainian Football Federation Hryhoriy Surkis has said that he is ready to offer the job of national coach to Romanian Mircea Lucescu, the current coach of UEFA Cup winners Shakhtar Donetsk.
He made the comment at a meeting of the football press club at the Football House in Kyiv on Friday.
However, Surkis declined to say whether Lucescu could combine the two posts or only hold the post of Ukraine's national coach.
