There have been no interference with the state register of voters or the server of the Central Election Commission, said Chief of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Valentyn Nalyvaichenko.
"I can state that the voters' register has been really protected ... there have been no interferences," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.
Nalyvaichenko also assured that the SBU has ensured security of the computer systems, which are used by the CEC.
"The CEC will be able to finish counting the votes within next few days," he stressed.
The SBU chief also recalled that members of the Alpha special unit are guarding the official returns.
