Three Ukrainians on two tucks strand into snow drift in Russia, says Foreign Ministry

Three Ukrainian citizens, who were shipping fruit on two trucks, have stranded into snowdrift in Russia due to bad weather, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has reported.

Under an instruction of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Petro Poroshenko the Ukrainian Embassy to Russia quickly established communications with the leadership of the administration of Belgorod region governor.

According to information received by the ministry, the Ukrainian Embassy to Russia jointly with the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Belgorod region are taking urgent measures to settle the situation using special machinery.
