Shakhtar thrown out of Europa League

England's Fulham has thrown Ukraine's Shakhtar Donetsk out of the Europa League.

A 1-1 draw in Donetsk on Thursday night allowed Fulham to reach the last 16 of the Europa League.

As reported, Fulham defeated Shakhtar, the last club to win the UEFA Cup, 2-1 in London.
