Businessman wounded in shooting in center of Kyiv

Unknown persons have fired shots at a car in Pechersk district in Kyiv, and a businessman in the car was wounded.

Two businessmen were holding an informal business meeting in the parked car when suddenly shots were fired at them from a passing jeep, the Interior Ministry's media liaisons office told Interfax-Ukraine.

"The man sitting in the passenger seat was wounded in the hand. He was taken to a hospital, and the state of the injured man is not critical," the media liaisons office reported.
