Azarov becomes Ukrainian prime minister

Ukraine's parliament has named Mykola Azarov as prime minister.
The Verkhovna Rada cast 242 votes in favor of Azarov, a member of President Viktor Yakukovych's Party of the Regions faction and the party's acting head after Yanukovych had been elected head of state.
