Yanukovych: One of Europe's largest solar power plants to open in Ukraine in 2010

One of the largest solar power plants in Europe will be opened in Ukraine in 2010, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has said.
"I'm confident that in the near future we'll open many different objects, including one of the largest solar power plants in Europe. This will be done this year," he said at a meeting of the president's economic reform committee in Kyiv on Wednesday.
Yanukovych said that a plant producing solar panels would be commissioned this September.
