Regions Party nominates Kernes for Kharkiv mayor

Kharkiv regional branch of the Regions Party has decided to recommend its Kharkiv city branch approve Secretary of Kharkiv City Council Hennadiy Kernes as a candidate for the city's mayor.
The Kharkiv regional branch of the Regions Party reported this on its official Web site.
"Today, of all the candidates who announced their willingness to run for mayor, Hennadiy Kernes has the best chance of victory," said the chairman of the party's regional branch and the incumbent mayor of Kharkiv, Mykhailo Dobkin.
