Pitman killed in Zasiadko mine accident

A miner has been killed in an accident in a Zasiadko mine in Donetsk region, Ukrainian Emergency Situations Ministry spokesman Ihor Krol told Interfax-Ukraine.
The miner died after being hit by a wagon at 1825 on Monday, February 16. He sustained a head injury, broken ribs and a fracture and died at the scene. His body was retrieved from the mine by Coal Ministry's rescuers.
