Reconstruction work at Olympiysky stadium estimated at UAH 2.184 billion, says ministry

The value of construction work at the Olympiysky National Sports Complex is estimated at UAH 2.184 billion according to a feasibility study for this work.

"Today, this study, which has a comprehensive positive conclusion, stipulated a figure of UAH 2.184 billion," Deputy Regional Development and Construction Minister Anatoliy Berkuta said at a press conference in Kyiv on Tuesday.

He called for the stadium to be built by a Ukrainian general contractor.

"We can build this stadium. We have many powerful construction companies. If I were to be asked which company, [I would say] we have a powerful company - Kyivmiskbud," Berkuta said.

He also said the construction companies Ukrmonolitspetsbud and Stalkonstruktsiya could participate in the construction of the stadium.
