Kyiv's Court of Appeals has upheld the sentence passed by the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv, under which former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko was sentenced to seven years in prison for abuse of office in signing gas supply contracts with Russia in 2009.
